To meet this goal, we provide a complete interior plant care program that begins with a regular weekly visit by a fully trained technician. Our technicians' responsibilities are comprised of the following:

• Regular watering - Our technician monitors your plants on a weekly or biweekly basis, determining the frequency and amount of water your plants need according to their environment.

• Pruning and Trimming - Each week, plants are examined to determine their trimming and pruning needs. Yellowed leaves are removed and brown tips are trimmed. Plants are shaped as needed to retain their attractive appearance, their positioning within an arranged space, and to encourage healthy growth.

• Cleaning - Plants are dusted on a regular basis, including the use of a cleanser or leaf shine as needed.

• Fertilizing - Plants are fertilized on a monthly basis, adjusting amounts and frequency to suit individual plants. This includes the use of vitamins as needed.

• Insecticide/Disease Control - Our technicians are responsible for recognizing insect problems as they occur and providing the appropriate treatment. This includes visits by our licensed Pest Control Applicator and the proper application of insecticides and/or fungicides.

• Quality Assurance - Our technicians take pride in their work. This includes inspecting your plantscape each week with an eye for overall aesthetics. They take note of plant placement, overall design, and the quality and health of your plants. If positioning needs to be adjusted to help the overall design, or it is found that a plant's health may be in jeopardy (i.e. heater blowing on a plant, plant too close to cold air), your technician will make the needed changes.

• Quality Control - Our supervisors regularly visit your account to ensure that our quality standards are being met and that you are satisfied with our service. Being a locally owned and operated company, we also have the ability to respond to your concerns in a timely manner, often on the same day.

• Professional Expertise - Finally, we also provide our customers with professional consultation and design, as well as expertise from our landscape architect and horticulturists on staff.
